Guest access Guests will enjoy full, private access to the entire home, including the fenced outdoor areas, and private hot tub throughout their stay. Other things to note PET POLICY: Please note that this property has a strict NO PETS policy due to allergies. This is for all pets of any kind. PARTIES & LARGE GATHERING POLICY: Please note that we are located in Placer County and do not allow parties, events, or large gatherings of any kind. Our county permit allows a maximum occupancy of 8 guests total, including children and infants. We kindly ask that all guests adhere to this occupancy limit throughout their stay. Should Placer County be called to the property for any reason related to occupancy or noise violations, fines of up to $1,000 may be issued to the guests occupying the home. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us comply with local regulations and maintain a peaceful environment for our neighbors. WAIVER OF LIABILITY FOR HOT TUB AND AMENITIES: Guest understands that there are special health risks that may be involved in using the hot tub, as well as safety risks using other areas of the house (fire pit, and barbeque as examples). In particular, he or she understands that there are potential dangers that these amenities may present to children who are not carefully supervised as well as danger to any person using the hot tub if a person has health risks, is intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or if pregnant. The hot tub should be kept at a temperature that is less than 104 for personal safety. Guest agrees to explain the risks of using the amenities and hot tub to any guests at the cabin and to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents, medical conditions or injuries his or her guests may incur. Guest understands the risks discussed above and agrees that he or she will assume all responsibility for his or herself and their guests for the consequences of those risks. Guest agrees to waive any claim whatsoever against Owner for accidents, medical conditions or claims arising from his or her own use or guests’ use of the cabin amenities or hot tub. Guest also understands and agrees that he or she is responsible and liable and will pay Owner upon request for any damages that occur to the house amenities and hot tub and its support equipment through his or her own or guests’ misuse and/or negligence, for example, but not limited to, using the incorrect detergents in the dishwasher or clothes washer, neglecting to extinguish all fires in the grill or fire pit, failing to replace and secure the hot tub cover, walking on or otherwise damaging the hot tub cover, or damaging the hot tub filtration system with foreign objects, soaps or oils, or causing excessive water overflow. HOT TUB RULES: ∙ Rinse off prior to getting in the hot tub. ∙ No glass in or around the hot tub at anytime. ∙ No food of any kind in the hot tub at anytime. ∙ No alcohol in the hot tub at anytime. ∙ If you have children with you please DO NOT leave them unattended while in the hot tub. ∙ DO NOT turn the hot tub higher than 104° for personal safety reasons. ∙ Please add a 1/2 of a cap of the provided sanitizer into the hot tub after every use while jets are running. ∙ DO NOT add any additional chemicals to the hot tub. It has been thoroughly cleaned and balanced prior to your reservation. ∙ Respect quiet hours (e.g., 10 PM to 8 AM) to avoid disturbing neighbors. Hot tub use is prohibited during quiet hours to ensure a peaceful stay for all.
