The space About This Property Welcome to the Modern Mountain Hideaway, a cozy retreat perfect for couples, solo travelers, or small groups. This thoughtfully designed space features a loft sleeping area, a trundle bed with two twin beds, a full bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchenette with a full-size fridge and freezer. Stay comfortable year-round with air-conditioning and heat, enjoy Wi-Fi and a 65" TV, and use the small desk and chair for remote work. Natural light pours in through top-line windows, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. This is a NO SMOKING 🚭 home. This means NO cigarettes NO vaping NO weed NO epens. ZERO. Do not smoke inside the home or it's attachments i.e. the deck/balcony area etc. If you have to partake, please do so in the driveway or outside the living area. The Space This 16x20-foot retreat combines modern design with functionality, offering: A loft sleeping area with a cozy bed (not suitable for children due to the unique curved staircase leading to the loft). A trundle bed with two twin beds, perfect for extra guests or kids. A kitchenette featuring a full-size fridge/freezer, hot plate, toaster oven, and essential cookware. While the loft is off-limits for children, the rest of the space is kid-friendly, making it a great option for families. Other Things to Note The loft staircase is curved and not suitable for children, but kids are welcome to use the trundle bed and other spaces.
