Quality cozy studio in a quiet neighborhood

Cute and Cozy studio/apt in very quiet and safe neighborhood , provide own entrance ,conveniently located near the (M)train15 minutes walk from the appartemt (I will drop off my guests at the subway station if the weather is rough , rain snow or heat),&30 mtes to the city,the appartement is close to a very nice park “Juniper Valley Prk”, where you can take a walk&relax, jfk is about 30 minutes drive , the place offers an equipped kitchenette (stove, dishwasher,coffee machine ,mini fridge etc ) The space *Check-in is at 3pm check-out at 11am . The guests can use the whole open space appartemt and have their own privacy .I provide TV , Netflix &perfect connection . My guests will find : snacks , eggs , orange juice , tea , coffee , pasta &rice , it’s provided for the first day. Guest access The whole flat is for my guests . Other things to note The supermarket is few minutes down to Eliot ave, where my guests can find some restaurants, coffee place , bakery etc, we also have a deli just 2 minutes away from our house .
