Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment Other things to note 🪪 Before your arrival: ⚠️ Please note that there is a strict no-smoking policy. If our team detects any signs of smoking (such as the smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of €200. ⚠️ Parties are not allowed. If you violate quiet hours or host a party, we reserve the right to impose a fine starting at €400. ⚠️ Sheets and towels damaged by stains that our professional team is unable to remove will carry a fine of €100. ⚠️ All guests must complete the mandatory Parte de Viajeros (traveler registration form) before arrival, as required by Spanish law for all tourists. ⚠️ In reservations for two guests, we assume that both will share the main double bed. If, however, one guest prefers to sleep on the sofa bed and requests separate bedding, an additional charge of €30 will apply to cover the extra linen and laundry service. This request must be made at the time of booking or no later than 3 days before arrival. We will not accept last-minute requests without prior payment and proper notice.
