It's up to you if you go hiking in the beautiful Central Bohemian landscape or indulge in peace and relaxation on the terrace by the house. A place made for all nature lovers and adventurers. The space WHERE YOU WILL STAY AND SLEEP This minimalist work is conceived to be as considerate as possible to nature and surroundings. It's not connected to any utilities, but still offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. So the entire house is built to be almost zero in nature. It is located in a sunny garden where, thanks to the solar roof and batteries, it can generate enough energy for the operation of the entire house. The heating of water in the kitchen and in the shower, together with the boiler, is provided by the biogas station, the one from the waste to the toilet, which is located in the tiny house, generates gas, and this is how the water is heated during the cold months. You need to save energy, but with a smart app, you can tell how you're doing and how much energy is left by the end of your stay. According to the minimalist principles that we inspired in Japan, you'll lie down on a quality futon that offers enough comfort for two. In the morning, you'll enjoy breathtaking views of the garden and the nearby forest through the generous windows. Guest access HOW TO DRAIN IT WITH US You'll be greeted by a local farmer's sheep and goats upon arrival. There is no need to worry about the ram, he is friendly and does not attack people. However, do not feed the animals unless we agree on the option to choose the appropriate food. The place is made to do nothing. Relax with a bottle of prosecco and garden views. Play music from the portable speaker or listen to the sounds of the forest and surrounding nature. ​ If you want to refresh yourself, you'll find a selection of exclusive Italian wines and prosecco of Beniamino Maschio de Bernard, Cantine Vedova, Integrale or Rebuli in the cellar. During your stay, you can use a special lava stone table that warms and grilles anything you bring on your center. On site, you'll find a variety of grill spices and everything you need, including cooking utensils, an electric kettle, several types of teas, coffee, flavourings, or, for example, a toaster. So you don't have to bring any amenities to the place, the house is completely ready for a daily comfortable stay. If you wish for anything special, we are happy to have it ready for you.
