Hidden deep in the Smoky Mountain system, Rebel Refuge is a sanctuary for travelers seeking adventure and relaxation. This immersive retreat sleeps up to 5 guests, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy command center with a 4K TV and fireplace, and a deck with a private hot tub. Relics of the Rebel Alliance adorn every corner—including a certain smuggler frozen in carbonite. Whether escaping the Empire or just the ordinary, your mission begins here! 🚀✨ The space Upon entering, you’ll find yourself in the main command center—a living space designed for both strategic planning and deep relaxation. A 4K holo-display sits above the warm glow of a gas-powered thermal generator (fireplace, for those less familiar with tech of this caliber). But the real prize? A certain infamous smuggler, frozen in carbonite, suspended in time as a warning—or a conversation piece. Beyond the living quarters, the refueling station (kitchen) has been outfitted with the latest in galactic engineering: granite countertops, updated appliances, and all the tools necessary to prepare a feast fit for a victorious Rebel celebration. Look above the dining command post, and you’ll find a familiar battle station—or rather, a Death Star-inspired light fixture, illuminating your next mission briefing. Sleeping quarters are secured for all members of the crew. The Captain’s Quarters (Master Bedroom) houses a King-sized bed, a log chest of drawers, and a saber-powered floor lamp, casting a glow that whispers of forgotten battles. The wise Master Yoda himself stands guard beside the bed, offering wisdom in the Force (or at the very least, a soft bedside light). The crew quarters (second bedroom) feature twin sleeping pods, ideal for young Padawans or co-pilots in training. There is also an arcade system, perfect for practicing reflexes before facing the next Imperial blockade. The refresher station (bathroom) takes a darker turn, drawing its inspiration from the Sith Lords of old, with Darth Vader’s presence looming in the decor and dark metallic accents throughout. It is equipped with all standard planetary hygiene systems, including a tub/shower combo. Step outside onto the covered launch bay (deck) and sink into the bubbling depths of the recovery chamber (hot tub). Overhead, the stars flicker like hyperspace streaks, while the surrounding world hums with the sounds of passing speeders (or, in less cinematic terms, a nearby road). Two rocking chairs sit stationed on the deck, perfect for watching the twin suns—or sipping blue milk as you plot your next course. You'll share an entry driveway with the other cabins but have your own parking area next to your cabin. Other things to note Rebel Refuge is a RUSTIC cabin! Please expect that before you book. We have taken great care to make this place very special and updated but it's still a 25 year old log cabin! Also - please remember that if you bring 5 people that you'll only have one bathroom and one shower! Make sure you're comfortable with that before you book our place!
