Access to fridge/freezer, laundry room, beach equipment and outdoor games in garage. You will have use of the entire property including back yard, hot tub, fire pit table and picnic area. Also included are pellet and gas BBQs and a hibachi/teppanyaki grill. Well stocked kitchen with super-automatic espresso maker (plug in milk carafe and push a button - machine does the rest!) Extra refrigerator/freezer in garage for additional storage needs. 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and two living rooms (both living rooms have queen size sofa beds and there is also a queen size cabinet bed in upstairs living room - upstairs master bedroom has another queen sofabed).
