The house is a charming Dutch Colonial home; the suite is on the second floor with a private entrance via a walk-up staircase. A 10-minute walk brings you to Manhattan College, and within 3 minutes, you’ll find banks, health clinics, CVS, Walgreens, and supermarkets. The bedroom offers a serene view of Ewen Park, creating a perfect balance of privacy, hospitality, and nature for an unforgettable stay. Please note that there are stairs to get to the suite, and it might NOT be suitable for people with limited mobility Note: We have a small dog living in the main house. My dog gets excited and barks when I get home. Guest access The suite is private for the guests. On the first day, I will meet with you to hand over the key to the suite. Other things to note Conveniently located near Metro-North, Subway Line 1, express buses BXM 1, 2, and 18, and local buses make travel to Manhattan a breeze. You can reach Times Square in 50 minutes via Subway Line 1 and 30 min with Uber. We're a 35-minute drive from LaGuardia Airport, 50 minutes from Newark Airport, and about an hour from JFK. We have two actively recording cameras overlooking the front and back yards, which record video and audio; all cameras are on the exterior of the property.
