A car is recommended in this area as there is limited public transportation. The best rental car rates can be found at TPA/SRQ airport. The space This is a custom built tiny home located in Bradenton, Fl. in a quiet waterfront neighborhood. Bradenton Causeway- 3 miles Anna Maria/Beach-6 miles Grocery Stores-1.5 miles Downtown Bradenton-4 miles. The tiny home is fully private, separated from the main residence by a fence and lush landscaping. Inside, you'll find high-end finishes like polished concrete floors, marble countertops, micro-cement walls, and European slab cabinets. Large picture windows create a seamless connection with nature. As the property is completely private and dark at night, there are no window coverings. We can provide eye masks for mornings when you'd like to sleep in.. The custom built bed/booth/dining area features a hidden queen bed with a luxury foam mattress that slides out on rollers, allowing you to reclaim space in the morning. The home is 240 Sq. Ft. with an equally spacious patio. Relax in the new hot tub, with powerful jets. Note the parking spot requires being able to drive over a 3" curb. Kitchen Includes: -Keurig -French Press -Water Kettle -Toaster -Fridge/Freeze -Microwave Guest access You have access to the entire tiny home and the entire property that the tiny home sits on. It is fenced and private :) Other things to note The house may pose some challenges for guests with mobility issues, as it takes about 15 pounds of force to roll the bed out from under the dinette. Also the step up to the dinette is about 20". Please note that this home is intended for a quiet, relaxing getaway. It is not suitable for parties, loud noise, or excessive drinking. We ask that you respect the peaceful atmosphere of the property and the surrounding area. All noise must be taken inside after 10PM. Failure to do so may result in removal from the property. No smoking on the property. Max 2 guest on the property. Please note that only registered guests on the reservation are permitted on the property. While we love animals, our cleaner has an allergy, so we are unable to accommodate any animals in the tiny home. No guest under 21 due to insurance. IDs are required to confirm age.
