This is my own home, and I run it as a small share house with three guest rooms for travelers like you. You will have a private room, and the common areas (including the bathroom ) are shared with the other guests staying here. This place is ideal for its location, 7 mins walk to MRT Taipei 101/World Trade Center, 5 mins walk to Linjiang Street (Tonghua) Night Market, shopping center, numerous bars and restaurants. The room is clean and simple, with a private key just for you. Our living room, bathroom, and kitchen are shared spaces. The common areas are designed with a Scandinavian minimalist style, providing a comfortable environment for dining and chatting. The bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas, and you’ll be sharing it with our family. * The Bathroom is a separate bath and shower stall with 24 hr hot water, and we also provide the shampoo and the shower gel. *If you want to use the kitchen, just let me know. I’ll show you how to use it safely. *Since your room has your personal belongings, we won't clean or change the sheets during your stay. We'll only clean up after you check out. If you need additional cleaning, just let us know, but there will be an extra cleaning fee. We accept check-in up till midnight or later but please inform us of the time you are coming. *In order to set up the room and the key, please let me know your arrival / depart time of flights and check-in / check-out time ASAP to make sure the time are both available for us. *If you meet the neighbors, please state that you are my friends who living in at 5F. * 我們Check in 的時間為15:00-23:00 PM,退房為11:00 AM，但若事先來信討論，我們還是保有彈性。我們可以接受很晚的Check in，但請事先讓我們知道。 * 為了安全起見，麻煩您提供 飛機航班抵達離開時間和日期 以及 入住和離開時間，並討論雙方都能配合的時間以便安排清潔及鑰匙交接。 * 如果您遇到任何其他鄰居詢問您的逗留目的,請您表示您是我們的朋友,以免造成任何不必要的誤會。
