The Pool Palace

This stylish 2500 sq ft lower-level retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort and luxury. Located just 2 miles from Northeast Georgia Medical Center, Hwy 316, 5 miles from Fort Yargo State Park, close to restaurants, supermarkets, and shops - and only a short 25-minute drive to UGA. Enjoy a 20x40 ft pool, a billiard table, a cozy fireplace in the living room, two bedrooms with king-size beds, a full bathroom with direct access to the pool area, and many more thoughtful amenities throughout. The space The Pool Palace has its own private entry and is separated from the remainder of the home where the hosts reside. As you enter, you'll be greeted by a spacious living room, perfect for unwinding with a movie on the huge 65-inch smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to whip up a gourmet meal, and it even has its own 65-inch TV for entertainment while you cook. Just past the kitchen, you'll discover the dedicated game room, featuring a pool table for hours of fun. When it's time to rest, choose from two luxurious bedrooms, each boasting a plush king-sized bed and a smart TV for late-night viewing. Enjoy the ultimate outdoor space with our large, fully-screened 20x40 pool and a relaxing hot tub. Under the lanai, you'll find a 70-inch TV—perfect for watching a movie or the big game while you soak. The pool/hot tub is open year round for use 7am-10pm EST. However, to ensure the best experience of these amenities heating is available upon request at an additional cost with a minimum 2-night stay. We must be notified at least 24 hours in advance to provide heat. •Heating Costs: Pool heat/hot tub combined $150 daily Pool only $150 1st day; $100 add'l days Hot tub only $75 daily Guests acknowledge and agree that using the pool is entirely at their own risk. They assume full responsibility for any injury, accident, or harm that may occur to themselves or their party while on the property and agree to waive any claims against the owner. Guests Access: Guests have the apartment unit to themselves and have access to the pool and pool deck with tables and chairs.
