The house also features a games and leisure area, ideal for colder days, and a home cinema to enjoy cozy evenings in comfort. The space The Refúgio do Artista is a private house with free parking. It is prepared to accommodate up to 10 guests, offering all the comfort of a fully equipped space. It features central heating, internet, 5 bedrooms with double beds and another with an extra double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a terrace, a games room with home cinema and children's area, and an outdoor area with a swimming pool, barbecue and garden. In this retreat, colder days invite you to enjoy a game of table football, darts and/or snooker, while warmer days are perfect for making the most of the garden, alternating between relaxing and spending time in the pool. During your stay, you will have at your disposal board games, kitchen utensils, a washing machine, drying rack, ironing board and iron. In the bathroom, you will find essential amenities, bath and face towels, as well as a hairdryer. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the entire house and leisure areas. Please note that the property has 3 floors. Both bathrooms (on the 1st and 2nd floors) are equipped with a hairdryer. They also include essential amenities: shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other things to note The property is located in an area with other homes, therefore parties at night and/or excessive noise that may disturb the peace of the surroundings are not permitted. A security deposit may be required at check-in. The house is equipped with a surveillance system. The house has 3 floors, so guests will need to use the stairs. The municipal tourist tax will be charged prior to check-in, in a single payment, to all guests over 16 years old, per night, for a maximum of 5 consecutive nights (per person and per stay). During the high season (from May 1st to October 31st), the fee is €1.50 per night, and during the low season (from November 1st to April 30th), the fee is €1.00 per night.
