Sitting at the foot of the Dublin Mountains, yet its close proximity to Dublin City centre means you’re never far from the action. A 24 hour bus service operates from 2 minutes away from the property and will have you in Dublin City in about 20minutes and to the airport in about 75min. With a En-suite and a kitchenette it has everything you need for a short stay. Pop up bed available for 3ppl The space Loft room with plenty of storage. A dedicated kitchenette (microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, induction job and toaster). This top floor space also comes with an en-suite shower room.. Due to guest demand, We do offer the option of booking for 3 persons- in this circumstance a pop up single bed is provided and is positioned at the bottom of the double bed (thus accommodating sleeping for 3 people) In circumstances where a guest makes a booking for 2 persons this includes the double bed as per the photographs. guests can request the pop up bed, please note there is an additional charge (the charge is only automatically added to bookings for 3 person). This charge is €15 per person per night and will be payable in addition to the quoted price. Guest access Entire self contained 2nd floor (Studio with En-suite and large storage) During your stay This is a family property and more often then not someone will be available on the ground floor, but always contactable by phone or text message Other things to note You’ll be living with a live in landlord who occupies the ground floor, and occasional visitors (family members & friends) and guests who will occupy the first floor. Generally this is a quiet, peaceful and private space to relax while enjoying your stay in Dublin. You have exclusive use of the top floor loft room. Entrance is through the main door of the house and then proceed up the stairs to the top floor. Guests can come and go as they wish. For your convenience the following appliances are provided in the room:- - A kettle - A toaster - A microwave - An induction hot plate - A fridge with freezer box As you would expect basic cooking equipment (pots, pans , utensils etc) and crockery, glassware and cutlery are provided Guests can request use of the washing machine downstairs, and provided the guest provides their own laundry detergent this can be utilised free of charge (reasonable usage reflecting guests length of stay applies)
