Our property has 28 spacious apartments, a garden, a pool and private parking. For those working remotely, the quiet setting and stable connection make this place a great choice. If you are looking for rest, comfort and proximity to the beach, this is the perfect place for you. Guest access Guests have access to a beautiful garden, an outdoor pool, a terrace/solarium, and private parking, all designed to provide a pleasant and carefree stay. During your stay We are a property without a reception, but we offer support and assist our guests remotely before, during, and after their stay. Guests can easily contact us by phone or email for any questions or needs. Access to the apartments is by access codes, allowing for flexible and hassle-free check-in and check-out. Other things to note Prior to arrival, guests must complete the online check-in and provide an email address, where they will receive all the information they need for their stay. ✅ The pool is seasonal, available only from May 1 to October 31. ✅ Parking is paid and subject to availability, so it must be reserved in advance. ✅ The establishment reserves the right to retain €150 on the day of arrival as a deposit, which will be returned in full upon departure provided there has been no damage during the stay and the rules of coexistence have been respected. ✅ In accordance with Decree-Law 5/2017, the establishment is obliged to collect the tourist tax, which in this case is €1.10 per person per night up to a maximum of 7 nights. From the eighth night, there is no longer a charge.
