Nice value-for-money studio, located in the CITY CENTER, just 6-7 minute walk from the main Lloret beach and only 2 minutes from the main bus station! It can accommodate up to 3 people. Everyone is welcome, but please note that the location is near hotels, clubs, and tourist hotspots. We recommend bringing earplugs for a more comfortable stay during tourist season. The studio is situated on the 3rd floor and is accessible by elevator. It features a French balcony with a view of the mountains. The space The studio is approximately 25 square meters and includes the following features: Sleeping Arrangements: One single bed and one IKEA sofa bed that can accommodate two people. Internet: Good internet connection. Kitchen: Equipped with basic utensils for 3 people, an oven, a coffee maker, a water kettle, and a refrigerator. Laundry: Washing machine. Linens and Towels: Provided for all guests, including 3 blankets (one of which can serve as a topper for the sofa bed). Climate Control: A fan for the summer and a Spanish-style gas heater for the winter. French Balcony: Items that are wet can be dried on the French balcony. Note: No hairdryer is available. Other things to note 1. LATE CHECK-IN Late check-in is possible between 9-11 PM, only with prior notice and is subject to an additional fee, payable directly to the person assisting with the check-in. No check-ins after midnight. Thank you for your understanding! 2. PARKING The studio is centrally located near the beach, which can make parking challenging. Nearby underground parking facilities are available at the bus station and library, though these may be full and expensive during peak times. Please note that the building where the studio is located does not have a designated parking space. As much as we'd like to help, the host is not responsible for any issues related to finding parking spaces or the associated costs. Thank you for your understanding. 3. NO SMOKING POLICY This studio has a strict no-smoking policy. Be aware that some neighbors have smoked in the past, and ashes have occasionally fallen on the French balcony. The host has no control over the neighbors' habits. If this issue arises during your stay, please contact the number on the tourist license, and we will do our best to address the situation. 4. SECURITY AND SAFETY The studio is equipped with keys for both the main entry door and the studio itself. Please be aware that in Spain, there has been a trend of main entry doors being "forced" by squatters. The building administration is vigilant and has implemented additional safety and security measures. Due to these enhanced security measures, it might take a bit of patience to find the right key connection for the main entry door. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. 5. NO DOGS OR CATS ALLOWED The host uses this studio during the non-tourist season and is allergic to pets. Thank you for your understanding. 6.
