The space The 5-10 minute drive through our quiet mountain neighborhood creates an instant sense of escape and adventure, especially in winter when everything is snowy and tucked into the trees. Once you reach the main road, you are only 5 additional minutes from the entrance of Snowshoe Mountain, with the ski resort, village, restaurants, & slopes. Guests love the balance of having far more privacy and space (4+ acres) than on-mountain options, yet still enjoying simple access to everything that the resort offers. This log cabin has an extremely comfortable layout, with 4 bedrooms including a sleeping loft + 3.5 bathrooms! There is plenty of room for big families or friend groups. The main floor includes a large living area with a stone fireplace, 70 inch smart TV, dedicated desk space for working or planning your next adventure, and a 10-person dining room table. The fully equipped kitchen on the main level has everything you need to cook meals during your stay. The master bedroom also sits on the main floor, and features a king bed with a connected private bathroom. For sleeping arrangements; Upstairs you’ll find a queen bedroom and a bedroom with two double Twin XL’s. These both share a spacious bathroom with a large shower and tub. There is also an open sleeping loft which includes a very comfortable queen sofa bed, as well as a triple bunk bed for additional sleeping space. On the main floor there is a large couch, and the basement level also has a large sectional sofa, a queen air mattress, and an additional full bathroom. The basement game room offers a full size pool table, a foosball table, and a relaxing 2 person infrared cedar sauna for unwinding after a long day on the mountain. Outside you’ll find a private hot tub, a large bonfire style fire pit for evening gatherings, and plenty of space to enjoy the fresh mountain air.
