Spacious Villa + Private Pool in Hacienda Pinilla

Casa de Colorado is a spacious vacation home located in the convenient and gated neighborhood of Reserva de Golf within Hacienda Pinilla. A 4 bed/4 bath single floor home with lovely gardens, private pool, and peaceful patios. It is the perfect setup for families. Access to the Beach Club for a 2025 day pass is $45 a person. We are not members. The space There is a security gate/guard for the neighborhood. Green space and a park are across the street from the house (not another house). There is a private pool with a sun-deck and gardens in the back. Patios and sitting areas on both front and back of the house. You will hear birds and maybe monkeys at dawn and dusk. You can see hummingbirds in the front gardens while enjoying your morning coffee. And there is a tree in the back corner where the parakeets flock to in the late afternoon. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, en suite bathroom including a bathtub, and a door to the backyard/swimming pool. The kitchen is fully equipped, and has served us for many meals, big and small. A grill is available outside as well. There is a washer and dryer, as well as a locked outdoor room for any of your boogie boards, surf boards, and beach stuff.
