This Beach Condo is located directly across the the Street from the public access to Americas number one beach at Siesta Key. The public beach has bathrooms and food and drink service. Only 1.1 miles in either direction to the 2 siesta villages, free shuttles are available. Unit has a garage. Pool area is newly remodeled and Tennis and pickle ball right outside. The condo has a daybed with a pullout trundle so everyone sleeps comfortably. An incredible view as the deck overlooks a lake. The space Master bed had huge Private bath and king bed, with Balcony access overlooking the lake. Guest bed has a queen bed and balcony overlooking the pool. Familey room is huge and has a queen day bed with a turndle, which has real matresses. Rare unit with a garage. We have tennis courts and a nice pool. Pickle ball is directly across the street. Very spacious unit. Guest access Guests access with an electronic key code which is unique to each guest. No desk to check in or out at.
