Other things to note **This is an above-ground basement unit, so you may occasionally hear normal household noises from the occupants upstairs.** **Additionally, the furnace is located in the basement which will produce some noise while operating.** Beach and dock is private. May share with owner. This is not a sandy shoreline but you may swim at your own risk.
