Pool hours: Sunrise to Sunset Fitness Center hours: 5am to 12am. Lounge, Workstation, Game room hours: Office hours Other things to note After booking, we will require that you send us your email address as the building admin requires for guests to download an app to have to check-in. NO PARTY of any kind. Guest attempting to be loud and disrupt peace of the building will be immediately evicted without any refund. NO SMOKING anywhere on the property. $500 fine will apply if any odor or evidence found. AC to be always set between 70 and 75. Guest are responsible for cost of a technician if set below 70 at any time and cause AC to stop working. Our maintenance team can access the unit with 24 hour notice to guests, or immediately if it is an emergency. Lost Fob Key Policy: Please take care to keep the fob key secure throughout your stay.
