The space Upon entering, you will find a spacious living room finely furnished with two armchairs and a table that will provide you with pleasant relaxation as soon as you enter the house. To the right of the living room is an air-conditioned Master Room complete with a King Size bed (mattress dimensions - width 180 [cm] x length 200 [cm] x height 29 [cm] including topper) and a wardrobe built directly into the wall inside which you will find a safe useful for ensuring greater security for your personal belongings. Returning to the initial hallway and passing through the door on your right you can access a second hallway that divides the kitchen from the Suite and the bathroom. The spacious Suite on your right is perfect for those who like to enjoy large spaces. Inside the air-conditioned Suite there is a King Size bed (mattress dimensions - width 180 [cm] x length 200 [cm] x height 29 [cm] including topper), a useful wardrobe two designer armchairs and two coffee tables. Each double room is equipped with the latest 4K 43‘/65’ Smart TVs connected to the wi-fi network that will allow you to enjoy the best TV series and music using platforms such as Netflix and You Tube. On each bed there is a 5 [cm] high topper and 2 additional pillows to make you more comfortable during your stay. The blinds and blackout curtains in the rooms will completely shield you from the light so that you can enjoy your stay in complete harmony. On the beds you will find: - the Complete Bathroom Kit consisting of Bidet Towel + Towel + Shower Towel; - the Welcome Kit Made in Italy offered by us, consisting of Shower Shampoo + Body Cream + Intimate Hygiene + Hair Cap. Leaving the Suite you will find on your right the kitchen, which is also air-conditioned and spacious, complete with all appliances, a modern dining table that can seat up to 4 people, a dining corner with two comfortable stools and a 50’ UHD 4K smart TV. From the living area you will be able to access the splendid Dehor of about 25 [Mq] where you will find a relaxation area with comfortable seating and a sun umbrella useful for enjoying any time of the day outdoors. Entering the hallway again, you will notice on the right the very comfortable bathroom complete with a large shower, toilets (wc+bidet) and a double washbasin with a shelf above which are a hair dryer and a first aid kit. Inside the flat you will find everything you need for both washing and ironing your clothes including: -Laundry rack -Iron -Ironing board Guest access *On the day of Check-in you can enter Self mode by quietly using the link and the instructions we will provide you with by message. The link will allow you to open the door of the building. When you arrive at the front door of the flat you can use the PIN you received to open the Master Lock and take your keys.
