The space The recently renovated APARTMENT is on the second floor of a historic apartment building in the heart of Modena, very easy to reach from the train station or by car. Huge windows give light and air. ENTRANCE is completely autonomous thanks to self check-in. You will have to climb two flights of stairs to reach the apartment. The JOURNEY AREA consists of a living room with a comfortable sofa bed (160x190cm) and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare a meal at home: refrigerator, stove with 2 burners, microwave, dishwasher, pots and pans, dishes, and all major cooking utensils. We have also prepared a coffee corner with Nespresso coffee machine with pods and kettle with tea and herbal teas. The living area leads to the bedroom and bathroom. The BEDROOM is equipped with a double bed with memory foam mattress (160x190cm), a closet for storing your belongings. The BATHROOM, which is not windowed, is equipped with a shower stall. We will leave you everything you need to travel light: hair dryer, towel set including shower towel, hand soap, shampoo and shower gel. ADDITIONAL SERVICES: Washing machine - with detergent capsules -, heating, fans, wifi connection and free parking for the duration of your stay. Bed and bath linens, provided by a professional laundry, are included. Guest access - Entrance is completely autonomous thanks to self check-in.
