We invite you to stay and enjoy your stay in a quiet and comfortable studio, close to the Hard Rock Hotel, Isste and Uabcs, where you will enjoy a small view of the Pacific and a terrace to relax and rest after a day of work or adventures. You will find yourself staying in a subdivision with food services, pharmacies, transportation and a nice park one block away, where you can spend a pleasant time after a long day. The space The studio is located on the second floor with a separate entrance. You will find a quiet and relaxed place, you will have at your disposal a small terrace to smoke, play board games and enjoy the night. The accommodation has a double bed and a queen bed, AC, screen with Netflix account, Amazon prime active. The studio also has a small kitchen with the basics to make use of it. Other things to note You will find yourself staying in a quiet subdivision, where there are places to eat (sushi, pizza, hotdog, tacos); as well as laundries, pharmacies and two blocks from a public transport stop. In the subdivision we have a cafeteria and a park to enjoy a relaxing time. Soccer field, basketball, games for the little ones, and places to walk.
