On the ground floor there is an office, on the 1st floor another apartment. Parking is available right in front of the house, and restaurants, cafés and shopping are within walking distance. The apartment has a balcony/roof terrace with Rhine and harbor views. The living room is equipped with a double bed. In addition, there is a walk-in intermediate ceiling as a sleeping option, accessible via an extendable staircase. A smart TV with Netflix and satellite reception provides entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen has a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, filter coffee machine and all the necessary kitchen utensils. For warm summer days, a mobile air conditioner is available. The utility room, accessible from the summer terrace, contains a washing machine, heat pump dryer and other laundry care aids.
