The space The 4-room apartment is perfectly suited for families, leisure and business travelers, friends, couples, individuals and also as a transitional solution on the way to a new or renovated home. Our historic, listed apartment is located in the Wesel district of Schepersfeld, within walking distance of Wesel city center and the train station. The high-quality and modernly equipped apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. The apartment is both quiet and centrally located in a well-kept, park-like complex including a playground, where you can walk and relax on the benches in the open air, right outside the door. The historical charm, combined with the typical high ceilings of the year of construction, create a spacious and special living feeling. The bright apartment, flooded with sunlight, has two balconies and offers a spacious living area of about 112 m², which is divided as follows: a large, open living/dining area with access to the balcony to the courtyard, three comfortable bedrooms, one of them with access to the second balcony, kitchen with large daylight window, shower/bathtub, also with large daylight window, guest toilet and hallway. The apartment also has an underground parking garage, as well as an outdoor parking space. Shower gel, shampoo & conditioner are provided free of charge, as are fresh towels. • A separate guest toilet offers extra comfort. • The large and bright living area invites you to linger and offers plenty of space to relax or socialize. The daylight is reflected through the large windows on the high-quality parquet floor. The living room table offers up to 8 seats for the perfect dinner or convivial wine evenings, the cozy sofa lounge corner is perfect for reading, relaxing or exciting movie evenings. Waipu TV included. • The excellently equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and ensures that you feel at home. Dishwasher and freezer are included. Individual coffee and tea rations are provided once free of charge. Also a bottle of wine and water to welcome you. The washing machine with dryer function is hidden in the kitchenette. The drying rooms in the house may also be used. • Two balconies – one to the front and one to the back of the apartment – offer you the perfect places to enjoy the quiet, green surroundings and spend relaxing hours with plenty of sunlight in fine weather. For your arrival, an outdoor parking space and an underground parking space are at your disposal. In the short term, we will provide two bicycles to explore the nearby or even further surroundings.
