The space The house has 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, kitchen utensils,... A total of 7 rooms. Guest access You can access the bathroom and kitchen, which are the main common areas. You will have hot water at all times and high-speed, quality internet for all your connectivity needs. Other things to note • The guest must maintain respectful and considerate behavior towards other guests and neighbors at all times, and try to keep the volume of their conversations, televisions and music moderate so as not to disturb others. Quiet hours are between 11 P.M. and 8 A.M. • Smoking or the use of electronic cigarettes is not allowed inside the house or in the rooms. There is a significant room recovery fee for guests who do not comply in order to cover the cost of restoring the property to a smoke-free condition. • The use of any type of drug, narcotic or hallucinogenic substance is not allowed. • Guests accompanied by minors must watch over them at all times and never leave them unattended. The guest will be responsible throughout their stay for any accident that the child may suffer inside the house. • Parties and/or celebrations are prohibited. • No animals are allowed in the apartment and/or room. • The client assumes full responsibility for the conduct of their visitors. • Garbage must be placed in the places and means provided. • Each guest will be responsible for cleaning and/or washing the utensils and dishes they use. • Special care must be taken in bathroom and kitchen drains not to throw away objects or substances that may obstruct, damage or in any way render them unusable. • No tenant may make exclusive use of resources and/or means for common use or store them in their room. Clotheslines, ironing and cleaning facilities, once used, must be available to the rest of the guests. • Personal belongings of any value should never be left unattended. The landlord declines all responsibility for the loss or theft of jewelry, money, documents or other valuables of any kind.
