If we will agree to meet at a location other than the apartment, you will need to follow these instructions to access the apartment afterwards: 🔔 Entering the Building When you arrive, press the NABSTAYS button on the intercom to open the main entrance door. 🚪 Accessing the Elevator & Apartment 🛗 Elevator Access The elevator operates with a remote control. Since you won’t have it initially, you can leave heavy bags near the elevator and take the stairs to the 3rd floor. 🔑 Retrieving the Keys & Remote Once on the 3rd floor, look to the right. You’ll find a lockbox on the first window nearest to the stairs, with NABSTAYS written on it. Inside the lockbox (use the code provided before arrival), you’ll find: 1️⃣ A key for the metal security door (located first on the right, next to the window). 2️⃣ The remote control for the elevator. 📦 Bringing Up Your Luggage Use the elevator remote control by pressing its button first, followed by pressing the elevator button to call it. Now you can easily bring up your luggage. 🚪 Entering the Apartment After unlocking and opening the metal security door, use the apartment entry code (provided before arrival) to unlock the main door. 🚨 Important: The door will automatically close after 30 seconds. 🔒 Security Reminder For your safety, always lock the metal security door when inside the apartment.
