Relax in my sea view apartment. The house is located on the south coast of Palermo, it consists of a double bedroom, a living room with sofa bed (both equipped with air conditioning), a well-equipped kitchen and a small yet functional bathroom. You'll find a bus stop just in front of the house, while a tram stop is about ten minutes away. Street parking is free, and there are some businesses nearby, including a bar a restaurant and supermarket. The sea in the area is not officially swimmable. The space The house is located on the third floor of a small building without an elevator. It has one bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed; both rooms have air conditioning and overlook the Gulf of Palermo. The kitchen is well equipped: induction cooktop, microwave, kettle, small refrigerator and washing machine. The bathroom is small but functional and has an emergency water supply. Street parking is free. The nearby tram line 1 makes it possible to reach Palermo Central Station and the city's historic center in about 15 minutes. In front of the house, there is a convenient stop for the 224 bus that runs along the waterfront in the direction of the center. Guest access Guests have full and exclusive access to the property. Other things to note The nearest beach (less than 1km away) is the Bandita beach. Although locals go there to swim, the local government, to date, has not yet declared it suitable for swimming.
