Other things to note Damage Protection & Guest Verification: We use SuiteOp, a trusted third-party platform, for guest verification and damage protection. Before check-in, all guests must complete this simple process, which includes ID verification and choosing one of two options: 1. A refundable security deposit of £250, returned after your stay (subject to no damage). 2. A non-refundable damage waiver of £60, which covers up to £250 in accidental damage. You will receive a secure link to complete your chosen option before you arrive.
