The open, practical layout makes cooking and socialising easy. 🛏️ Themed Bedrooms Each bedroom has its own unique character, inspired by the local coastal and aviation heritage: ✈️ The Plane Room – Ground Floor A spacious ground-floor bedroom featuring a luxurious King bed, inspired by the area's aviation heritage. ⚓ The Boat Room – Ground Floor A nautical-themed bedroom with two comfortable Twin beds, making it ideal for children, friends or guests who prefer separate beds. 🐦 The Bird Room – Upstairs A peaceful King bedroom inspired by the local wildlife, complete with a Juliette balcony offering beautiful sea views. 🏖️ The Beach Hut Room – Upstairs A bright and versatile bedroom that can be arranged as either a King bed or two Single beds. Please let us know your preferred configuration before arrival. 🚿 Bathrooms & Accessibility The ground floor has been thoughtfully designed with accessibility in mind. There is step-free entry, widened doorways, no thresholds and ramp access to the outdoor deck. The modern ground-floor wet room features a roll-in shower and grab rails, making it suitable for guests with mobility needs. There are also two accessible ground-floor bedrooms: one with a King bed and one with Twin beds. 🌿 Garden & Outdoor Space Enjoy the large, secure and fully enclosed garden — ideal for children and pets to enjoy safely. The outdoor deck provides a lovely space to sit and enjoy the coastal surroundings, with a BBQ area for relaxed outdoor meals. After a trip to the beach, the warm outdoor rinse station is perfect for washing sandy feet and paws before heading back inside. 🚗 Parking & EV Charging There is private on-site parking at the property, making arrival and exploring the Isle of Sheppey convenient. An EV charger is also available for guests travelling with an electric vehicle. 🐾 Family & Pet-Friendly Dogs are welcome, and the secure enclosed garden gives them space to enjoy the outdoors safely. A warm outdoor rinse station makes cleaning sandy paws and feet easy. For families travelling with young children, a travel cot, highchair and changing mat are available on request. 🌊 Coastal Location From the property, enjoy stunning clifftop and sea views and access the coast via a scenic cliff path. The walk to The Leas and its dog-friendly beach takes around 10 minutes. Whether you're looking for a relaxing coastal break, a family holiday, a dog-friendly getaway or an accessible seaside escape, Clifftop Coastal Retreat has been designed to make your stay comfortable, memorable and enjoyable. Guest access Guests will have full and private access to the entire 4-bedroom bungalow, the secure garden, and the private driveway with an EV charger. Check-in is seamless with our smart lock system, allowing for easy self-check-in at your convenience. If you prefer a personal welcome, we are happy to arrange to meet you at the property upon your arrival. Other things to note 💳 Damage Protection & Guest Verification We use SuiteOp, a trusted third-party platform, for guest verification and damage protection. Before check-in, the lead guest must complete the simple online process, including ID verification and selecting one of the following options: 1. Refundable Security Deposit – £250 A £250 refundable deposit is held and returned after your stay, provided there is no damage or loss. 2. Non-Refundable Damage Waiver – £60 A £60 non-refundable waiver covering up to £250 of accidental damage. You will receive a secure SuiteOp link before arrival to complete the verification and select your preferred option. Check-in instructions and access codes will be provided once this has been completed. 🐾 Pet Rules – Please Read Before Booking Dogs are welcome at The Clifftop Coastal Retreat, but the property's pet restrictions must be followed. 🚫 Breed Restrictions – Park Policy The following breeds and types, including crossbreeds or mixes, are not permitted within the park: American Bully types, including XL Bully Pit Bull types Mastiff types ❗Important: If your dog is any of the above breeds/types or a mix of any of them, please refrain from booking or message us before booking so we can confirm whether your dog is permitted under the park's rules. 🐶 On-Site Pet Rules Dogs must be kept on a lead whenever they are outside the property. Please clean up after your dog and dispose of waste responsibly. Please do not allow dogs on beds or furniture. Thank you for helping us keep the property clean, safe and enjoyable for everyone. ✨ Optional Extras & Fees The following extras can be added via SuiteOp, subject to availability: 🐾 Pet Fee: £20 per stay ⏰ Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: £10 per hour, subject to availability 🧼 BBQ: Free to use. A £10 cleaning fee applies if the BBQ is left uncleaned. 🕰 Late Departure: £50 fee applies if checkout is delayed without prior approval. 🚼 Cot/Highchair Setup: £10 per stay 🍳 Self-Catering Accommodation The Clifftop Coastal Retreat is a self-catering property. We provide a starter supply of essentials, including toilet rolls, basic kitchen supplies and toiletries. For longer stays or additional supplies, Tesco convenience store is located nearby for your convenience. 🛏️ Linen & Towels Freshly laundered bed linen and towels are provided for your stay. Each guest receives one large bath towel and one small hand towel. Bed linen is provided for all beds prepared for your reservation.
