The rest area includes a double bed, ensuring a cosy place to rest. The bathroom, with a modern shower, perfectly complements this apartment, providing an experience of comfort and functionality. The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and in turn, the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November in accordance with the protocols established by the community. The studio has a washing machine. To be taken into account All bookings made on the same day of arrival may have a check-in time after 3:00 Pm, depending on the time required for cleaning the apartment.
