Guest Casita with Private use of the pool .We live on site but give you your privacy. No Children accepted. We have tried to create a peaceful comfortable place where we would like to stay on holiday. You may be house hunting, visiting family, or just having a break away, but I'm sure we can make your stay amazing. We are very close to the village of Arboleas where there are plenty of spanish and European restaurants and the larger town of Albox is 10 minutes away. 35 minutes to the coast The space Fully renovated Casita with King size bed, hot and cold Air-con and ceiling fan all functioned by remote. Hanging and chest storage available. UK TV with sports and movies including European channels available. Free WiFi. Small food prep area with coffee machine, fridge , microwave, kettle, and toaster with complimentary tea and coffee provided , We do not have a cooker but a gas bbq is outside. Dining table and 2 chairs, fully fitted bathroom with rain shower. Very secure with blinds. Secure gated parking. NO Smoking or Vaping permitted inside the Casita at all, only outside. Guest access Come and go as you please with secure parking and access to casita through privacy gate. Exclusive use of the pool which can be floodlit at night . Sun beds and parasol and a comfortable pagola seating area. Dining table and chairs with gas 6 burner BBQ . Outdoor shower. We have a very good knowledge of the area regarding places to visit including lots of local markets, restaurants, beaches and if you’re a golfer you’re welcome to join me on a Wednesday . We also have a good relationship with some local estate agents which I would be happy to introduce you to and totally recommend from a personal point of view. This Casita is for 2 Adults and there is no other people on the property except myself and my wife We live in the villa next to the Guest accommodation but give you totally private use of the pool and gardens during your stay.
