For stays under 3 days, we provide medium-sized towels, and for stays of 3 days or more, we offer shower towels. Check-in instructions and codes are sent on your check-in day. To receive them earlier, request up to 3 days in advance and complete the required forms for security. During your stay We're Here to Help! We’re always available to support you during your stay. After your booking is confirmed, we provide a contact phone number through the platform. This number is the best way to reach us for any urgent matters, especially outside of office hours. Please note: Messages sent through the platform are answered during our office hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Any messages received after that will be replied to the next day. For urgent issues outside office hours, we strongly recommend contacting us directly by phone call using the number provided. This ensures a faster response and immediate assistance if needed. No Elevator & No Luggage Service: The building is only accessible by stairs (2nd floor). Room C is an attic room with low ceilings. This room has two small fixed roof windows.
