This fantastic property is located in a quiet residential area between Sa Pobla and Pollença. The house, very cozy and well equipped is very bright and spacious. As far as the exterior is concerned, it has a private pool, natural grass garden and several furnished terraces perfect to enjoy the wonderful climate of the island with total privacy. Guest access Our guests enjoy all areas of the house with total privacy. The maintenance manager has access to the property to check the status of the pool, the garden and the rest of the facilities, always with the previous authorization of the guest. Other things to note Air conditioning: As far as the air conditioning system is concerned, the accommodation has hot / cold air conditioning units in one bedroom and in the living room. In the other rooms you will find radiators and fans at your disposal. Notes: - Reservations are allowed for all groups except those composed exclusively of individuals under 30 years of age. Families with minors are welcome without restrictions. Before confirming the reservation, the age must be provided.- The information of all guests (name, surname, gender, date of birth, passport number/id number, date of issue and nationality) must be provided before the check-in day through our platform. - Sa Pobla has a garbage collection service.
