Gorgeous Bernal Heights Studio Apartment

Come in stay in my cute little apartment! With over 350 five-star reviews, you know it's going to be great. Complete and separate apartment with private entrance to the street, it is close to Muni, BART, the Mission and of course, lovely Bernal. This apartment is ground floor with only one step so good for those with mobility issues. The space This studio with private entrance is super cute — the perfect place to land when you are done seeing every corner of the City. We are close to lots of fun stuff AND good public transportation. Pristine studio apartment with fully-equipped kitchen, huge closet and backyard deck. Amenities include: full sized refrigerator, stove, microwave and coffee maker; Queen-size bed with 500 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets and memory foam topper; HD television with premium cable channels; good wifi; Indoor space to store bicycles. We are half a block from a sweet little park and adjacent to that, a wonderful cafe. You can get breakfast, lunch, a cup of coffee or a beer there (nice little selection of local brews on tap) until 5:00 pm most days. We are close to transportation: one block from the 27 bus which takes you straight downtown, 15 minute walk to BART (no hills!) You'll never wait more than a couple of minutes for an Uber or Lyft. It's a short walk to 24th Street in the Mission, a very up and coming street known for it's restaurants (including the best taquerias in town), bars, cafes, bookstores and shopping. Just a little further and you reach The very hip Valencia Street. Or climb the Hill to Cortland Avenue, a lovely village within the City. Catch the breathtaking views of San Francisco at the top of Bernal Hill, just a 15-20 minute walk. A note about parking: There is no dedicated parking spot with the apartment, but there is street parking. It's not bad compared to a lot of other neighborhoods and no permits are required. You do need to be aware of street cleaning days and times (they are clearly marked with signs) and also NEVER leave anything in your car that can be stolen. About half my guests bring cars and it's absolutely fine for the most part. Guest access You will have complete and private use of the apartment and the deck off the apartment is for guests' use. We do share the backyard space with the deck being for guests and the back yard for hosts.
