The space The flat is situated on the ground floor of a residential complex; it can accommodate up to 6 people of all genders and ages without distinction and includes: • a private driveway leading to the residential complex • a spacious and bright open-plan area with a kitchen, living room, sofa bed, air conditioning and a TV • a bedroom with a double bed, a high-quality memory foam mattress, a large wardrobe, air conditioning and USB sockets on the wall • a second bedroom with a double bed, a high-quality memory foam mattress, another large wardrobe, air conditioning and USB sockets on the wall • a cosy and fragrant bathroom equipped with a shower and all amenities (toilet, bidet, washbasin and washing machine) • two private gardens, one with a private seating area and the other with an outdoor dining area • a double garage for two cars • two free parking spaces outside the residence • unlimited access to the residence’s swimming pool Ideal for both winter and summer stays. The double garage available can accommodate two medium-sized cars and is located in the basement beneath the accommodation, accessed via a staircase. You can also check the availability of the “Ardea Duplex” flat, situated on the upper floor, directly on our Airbnb profile. Ideal for groups of up to 12 people. Guest access Access to the property is totally self check-in and without any key, you can access independently at any time. With two clicks from your smartphone you can open the gates and the front door, the only exception being the garage door which has a physical key. Other things to note The accommodation is located in the center of Manerba del Garda and serves as a convenient base for exploring various destinations, including: - Desenzano (20 minutes) - Sirmione (30 minutes) - Verona (50 minutes) - Gardaland (38 minutes) - Rocca di Manerba (10 minutes) It’s also surrounded by plenty of restaurants, bars, and various tourist attractions; the host will be happy to provide you with great recommendations! The pool is generally open from early May to mid-October, though dates may vary depending on the weather and temperatures. The opening, cleaning, and maintenance of the pool are managed exclusively by the homeowners’ association and are not under our direct control. During the summer season, additional cleaning may occasionally be necessary; in such cases, please let us know, and we will promptly notify the responsible staff. However, the timing and procedures for such services depend on the homeowners’ association and cannot be guaranteed by us. To stay at the property, you must provide identification documents for all guests at check-in.
