Guest access Access to the property is totally self check-in and without any key, you can access independently at any time. With two clicks from your smartphone you can open the gates and the front door, the only exception being the garage door which has a physical key. Other things to note The accommodation is located in the center of Manerba del Garda and serves as a convenient base for exploring various destinations, including: - Desenzano (20 minutes) - Sirmione (30 minutes) - Verona (50 minutes) - Gardaland (38 minutes) - Rocca di Manerba (10 minutes) It is also surrounded by many restaurants, bars, and various tourist attractions; the host will be at your complete disposal to provide excellent recommendations! The pool is open from around early May until mid-October (dates may vary depending on the weather). Pool cleaning and availability are the responsibility of the building management and are beyond our control. To stay here, you must provide identification documents for all guests at check-in.
