Beach house with large pool on private property. Ideal for families who want great privacy, security and comfort. Close to the dunes of El Sabanal, the house is located 1 street from the beach. It's a family space, it's pet-friendly with the host's permission. Before booking, talk to us about your trip. Improvements are constantly being made to the house, in 2024 the stairs and floors of the bedrooms on the upper floor have been remodeled. No parties or events. The space The house has a ground floor and an upper floor. On the ground floor is the kitchen, the living room and a bedroom with two queen beds. In the PA there are two more bedrooms with 2 queen size beds. Perfect for sharing between several families. There are two common spaces with living rooms outside the bedrooms, plus a dining room on the porch. It has a pergola with table and chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave oven, grill, coffee maker, blender, cooking utensils, etc. There are lounge chairs in the pool area and a half bathroom in this area. The pool is not heated. It has a drop of more than 2m deep and is newly remodeled. There is also a shower in the pool area to rinse off. The property has space to store several cars and is fully fenced. The rate is for 3-night stays. If it's just a weekend, the rate is another cost, you can ask. Guest access The only space that guests do not have access to is the service room and the garden storage room. Other things to note The rent includes the cleaning at check-out. IT IS THE GUESTS' RESPONSIBILITY TO LEAVE THE HOUSE CLEAN. THE RATE DOES NOT INCLUDE DISHWASHING, SO LEAVING DISHES DIRTY WILL RESULT IN A FINE OF $200. Please share all your questions and concerns with us and we will gladly resolve them. Let us know if you are arriving with pets. Maximum 3 medium-sized pets. A fee is charged per dog per night according to size. The pool does not have a heating system.
