Other things to note Tapunui is a uniquely built semi-open air home, maximising the natural surrroundings of beautiful Rarotonga. The house is semi open air downstairs, to create airflow for the hot months. Two bathrooms downstairs with shower toilet and vanity, shower and vanities upstairs. Sheets for beds are provided, and blankets/duvets in the cooler months. Bath towels are also provided but limited. It is highly recommended you bring your own beach towels. Although we maintain regular pest and insect control, Because of the semi open environment guests are advised to use the mosquito nets (it is the tropics!) and use caution around the grass areas (red ants and centipedes can be around).
