This unique villa is located on a hillside on large private property of 7 acres. The villa has a 270 degree sea view of St Pierre Island, Curieuse Island, Cote d'or and Anse Boudin beaches. The villa has a private infinity swimming pool of 35 m2 from where 12 islands can be seen. A gazebo and BBQ area allows for outdoor relaxing, dining and socialising. The villa consists of 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with private en-suite bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine. The space 5th Person Policy The villa can comfortably sleep 4 persons however we can welcome a 5th person. Child or adult A 5th person is welcome by the host adding an extra single bed either in the 2nd bedroom or in the living room your choice.
