Stay in this amazing and cozy place that has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. If you're looking for a nice, comfortable space, good price and location, the place is here. Welcome to Casa Mar! The space The house has for you: - 3 bedrooms: first bedroom with a king size bed. second bedroom with double bed - kangaroo. third bedroom has 2 single beds. All 3 have space to store clothes and a ceiling fan. We also have a TV in one of the bedrooms. - In the kitchen you can find a 4-burner stove, blender, dishes, glasses, pots and cups, in addition to basic utensils, coffee maker, toaster, a large refrigerator, ceiling fan, water dispenser and a kettle. Also in this area we have a TV so you don't miss a detail of your favorite show. - The dining room is a cozy area with space for 6 people. - In the house you will find a full bathroom and a half bathroom. There is also a shower in the pool area. - The living room, a comfortable and functional place, here you will also find a ceiling fan and a TV. - Patio: private heated pool, TV, bed and hammock, a barbecue, a bar, a garden room. Here is the shower, which is mandatory to use before entering the pool. - We also have a laundry area (washer and dryer), hair dryer and iron. - Parking: 1 place on the outside of the house and another space in the visitors area. -Wi-Fi We are 20-30 minutes from Puerto Vallarta and Bucerías, also just a 12-minute drive from the public beach and viewpoint of Nuevo Vallarta. Our trusted staff member Fabian is tasked with cleaning the pool🏊. Tuesday is with chlorine and cannot be used until the evening. And Saturdays is surface cleaning and bottom vacuuming.
