All touch points, surfaces, kitchenware and linens, including upholstery, are being disinfected and sanitized on a routine basis. Our guests' health and safety are our top priority. Close to trails and fun outdoor areas that will create long-lasting memories to come. Parking Enjoy safe off street parking in the private driveway or 1 car garage. Entry Check in at your convenience with the keyless entry system. Open Concept The kitchen, living room, and dining room are open and connected and make a great gathering place. The living area has high ceilings and lots of natural light. The dining room connects to the rear deck through a sliding glass door. Living Area The living area features two comfortable couches (one has a pull-out bed), coffee table with coasters, a basket with throw blankets, and an oil diffuser. Enjoy high ceilings, lots of windows, natural light, and an inviting place to congregate, make or eat a meal. Kitchen The chef in your group will appreciate the spacious kitchen fully loaded with everything that you could possibly imagine. The drawers and cabinets are labeled to help you easily find what you are looking for. COFFEE & TEA: There is a Keurig coffee maker on the counter. We provide K-cups, cream, sugar, sugar-free sweetener, and tea bags. APPLIANCES: The kitchen has a fridge, electric range, oven, Keirug coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, mixer, waffle maker, crock pot, and popcorn maker. The kitchen sink has a garbage disposal as well. Fridge: There is filtered water built into the fridge and for an added local touch, we’ve included a selection of Colorado-made sodas so you can sip and savor some homegrown flavor during your stay. COOKING: There are pots, pans, bakeware, baking sheets, mixing bowls, knives, cutting boards, strainers, measuring cups, measuring spoons, a mixing spoon, slotted spoon, spatula, tongs, a masher, peeler, grater, pizza cutter, ice cream scoop, oven mitts, kitchen towels, a can opener, bottle opener, and a wine opener. There are grill tools and a grill lighter. There is a variety of spices located in the cabinet to the right of the microwave/oven. RANGE: The range is located on the middle of the kitchen island. The white switch by the knobs will turn on the exhaust fan in the middle of the burners. DINING: There are plates, bowls, silverware, coffee mugs, water glasses, and wine glasses CLEANING: Under the kitchen sink you will find some basic cleaning supplies such as dishwasher pods, dish soap, sponges, and pet cleaner. Additional cleaning supplies are located in the hall closet across from the kitchen: a vacuum, broom and dustpan, mop and bucket, eco-friendly (reusable) floor sweeper. BLUETOOTH SPEAKER: There is a speaker on the counter in the kitchen you may use to listen to tunes while you cook or bake. Family Room The family room is downstairs and features a movie projector with Apple TV and surround sound which makes for an awesome big screen experience. There is also a fireplace with wood stove insert, dart board, picnic table and games. Office There is a separate office with beautiful decorative wood stove and we even provide a printer for you to use. There is fast wifi with good coverage throughout the house. You will also find light office supplies and a wireless keyboard. Bedrooms Upstairs has the oversized master bedroom with comfy queen bed and a crib for your littlest one. The master also has a gigantic walk in closet and private master bath with shower and dual sink vanity. There is one more guest bedroom upstairs with a full size bed with plenty of storage and natural light. The other two bedrooms are downstairs and each has two twin beds and a twin trundle for a total of six twin beds. One twin room is dinosaur themed and the other is bird/nature themed, both with large hand painted wall murals. Bathrooms There are 3 bathrooms in the home: one in the master bedroom, one off the upstairs hallway and 1 downstairs to the right. We provide fresh towels, washcloths, hand towels, and makeup cloths for your stay. We also provide spa quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap, as well as cotton balls, cotton swabs, and a few extra rolls of toilet paper. Keeping Cool To help keep you cool during your stay, the home is equipped with a large whole-house evaporative cooler. While it’s not technically central AC, it provides powerful cooling and is quite effective, especially in Colorado's dry climate. This type of cooling system is common in the region and offers a comfortable environment by circulating fresh, cool air throughout the home. Laundry There is a laundry room downstairs with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. Outdoors Enjoy large front and rear deck spaces, a brand-new hot tub, propane grill, propane firepit, and propane umbrella heater. Set on a spacious, wooded property with plenty of room to wander and roam, it's the perfect place to relax and recharge. Children and Games We have many children’s items and amenities for your little ones. There are some children’s toys in the shelving unit at the bottom of the stairs and there are some games in the laundry room. There is a pack n play in closet in the upstairs guest bedroom. A play pen/baby gate is in the master closet. A kid’s highchair is in the dining room. PETS: We allow pets who qualify. Please message us ahead of time to see if your pet qualifies and to review our pet policy. Guest access You will have access to the entire house and attached garage. You will not have access to the detached garage. Other things to note PET FRIENDLY: This is a pet-friendly listing for pets who qualify. Please message us before booking to see if your pets qualify. Damage from pets will result in loss of deposit. There is an additional flat fee for bringing a pet to cover the cleaner's time. The cost of the pet clean is collected via Airbnb. If your stay is longer than five days, we collect an additional fee depending on length of your stay once your reservation is confirmed. We are happy to host both you and your pets! HOT TUB: For safety and liability purposes, the hot tub is locked. To access it, you will need to scan a QR code to sign a liability waiver. Once it is signed, you will automatically be provided with the code to unlock the hot tub. ADDITIONAL FEES: We have put so much work into making your stay perfect, and we value the time we have between guests to prepare for future guests. Please note that there are minimal fees for guaranteed early check ins or late check outs to cover the expenses of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner to the schedule to accommodate your request.
