Our lovely apartment is located near the L5 metro stations, Pubilla Cases and Ernest Lluch, providing direct access to Sants station, Diagonal, and Passeig de Gràcia, where you can visit Casa Milà and Casa Batlló, stroll along La Rambla to Plaça de Catalunya, and reach the Sagrada Familia, the most iconic monument in Barcelona. You’ll also find the tram line at the same distance as the metro, allowing you to enjoy the Illa Diagonal shopping center in just 10 minutes. The space Our apartment is very cozy and has everything you need for a family vacation, a trip with friends, or business travel. It has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with a single bed, plus a sofa bed in the living room. There is a full bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen integrated into the living room, where you can cook and relax. You’ll have complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi. In the kitchen, you’ll find: a dishwasher, dishes, glasses, mugs, a fridge and freezer, microwave, coffee maker, frying pans, and pots. The bedrooms and bathrooms are equipped with sheets, towels, hand soap, body wash, and toilet paper. Please note that the supplies we provide are included upon arrival; however, replenishment or changes during your stay are not included. Ask us about the availability of a travel crib at no additional cost. You can request it up to 24 hours before your arrival. Crib sheets are not included. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING Check-in: Our check-in time starts from 3:00 PM. One of our agents will welcome you at the apartment, show you the space, and hand over the keys. • Check-in from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM is free of charge. • Check-in after 8:00 PM incurs a fee of €30, payable in cash at the time of check-in. In accordance with current legislation, all guests must provide their passport or national ID to our agent for data submission to the authorities. Check-out: Before 11:00 AM. Tourist Tax: You must pay the tourist tax in cash at the time of check-in. LOCAL AND REGIONAL TAXES DURING YOUR STAY IN BARCELONA: Starting October 1, 2024, the tourist tax in Barcelona is as follows: • City of Barcelona, tax for tourist accommodations is €1 per person per night. • Applicable to all guests aged 17 and over, for a maximum of 7 nights. IMPORTANT: The tourist tax rate charged will be the one in effect on the day of check-in. Please note that the amount described in this message is subject to change.
