Rose Cottage is a one-bedroom hideaway surrounded by gardens and wildlife. Ideal for couples, it offers a cozy lounge, kitchen, and private outdoor seating. With wildlife grazing nearby, lake views, and a peaceful atmosphere, it’s a perfect retreat for guests seeking relaxation and connection to nature in Naivasha. We are a family-run conservancy and live on the farm, so one of us will always be around to help out. We share our phone number during check-in, and guests are welcome to call or send a message at any point of their stay with us. Sanctuary Farm is located on the shores of Lake Naivasha, in the heart of Kenya’s Great Rift Valley. Taxis and boda bodas (motorbike taxis) are available locally for shorter trips, but we recommend private transport for comfort and convenience. As Sanctuary Farm is a private wildlife conservancy, a conservation fee of KES 1,000 per adult and 500 per child (free under 5) is charged upon arrival. This one-time fee supports our conservation efforts. Please note that this is a family-run farm, not a hotel; we ask you to treat the house and grounds with respect. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and drinks available at on-site restaurant, Kijiko. Night guard closes the hippo gate at 6:45 pm, so please notify host for late returns.
