room near Paulista and city center

*PLEASE DO NOT MAKE AN AUTOMATIC RESERVATION WITHOUT SENDING ME MESSAGE BEFOREHAND, I will not always be able to accept your reservation* and please let me know what time you plan to arrive and leave at what time I need this information to get organized. the room has a double bed and an extra mattress, it is possible to accommodate three people. For one or two people the room is spacious, for three it is good for short seasons as it is small. I live here and you will share the apartment with me. The space The room availiable have one double bed and one matress in the floor. The apartment is big enought and well located. The home have two bedrooms (one for me, another for guests), one kitchen, one bathroom and a good living room with balcony. It's not a rich place, but I think that's nice and confortable. You can use the kitchen to cook to yourself. It's in the traditional Bixiga square, it's near the center (15 minutes walking) and near Paulista (20 minutes). There's some metro lines about 10/20 minutes walking, and a lot of buses for everywhere. Near here we have a lot of pizzarias, italian restaurants, brasilian tipical food restaurants. I love to receive people from everywher in my house and I will be glad if the guests feell like home.
