Ideally located, 100 m from the beaches, the house allows you to discover the beautiful peninsula of Rhuys in dream conditions: sailing club, discovery of the islands of the Gulf of Morbihan, walks on the coastal trails, visit the castle of Suscinio... or just relax! The space On the ground floor you will find: - a large living room-kitchen with fireplace, - laundry area equipped with a washing machine and ironing facilities - a toilet - a master suite (bedroom + bathroom). Upstairs, you have: - 3 double bedrooms (including 2 with separable beds) - 1 children's bedroom with 4 beds - 1 bathroom - 1 bathroom + toilet A large terrace extends the house on its EAST-SOUTH-WEST facades. Finally, a garden with an area of 500 m², partially enclosed, surrounds the house. The end of stay cleaning is provided as a base and included in the price of your reservation. However, sheets and towels are not provided. However, if you wish, we can request a concierge whose rates are as follows: - linen for 1 single bed: €15 - linen for 1 double bed: €20 - kitchen towels: €4 - towels: set of 1 large and 1 small towel: €9 Guest access You have access to the whole house except the workshop and attic Other things to note The house can accommodate a maximum of 8 adults + 4 children. Minimum rental duration: - 3 days in ordinary period - 5 days during school holidays - 7 days during the summer (Saturday to Saturday) The stair climb is not protected (no railings). A protective net can be put in place, but upon request only. We ask that you respect the premises and make the house clean.
