This house is built in a quiet neighborhood away from businesses and apartment complexes. I split the home with an exterior grade door between host and guest quarters and had a private entrance built in so my guests can enjoy both indoor and outdoor privacy and comfort at an affordable rate. The gravel walkway will lead you through a private gate and your own outdoor space. (Warmer months chairs and a small table included)This is where your private entrance is located and secured with a keypad door for easy self checkin. This living room space includes a cozy leather sofa, an entertainment center with board games, books, a 40” smart tv, and free guest wifi. A small kitchenette was built into the closet with a microwave, mini fridge, tv trays and basic dining and cleaning supplies. Down the private hallway is a full bathroom with shower and bathtub. Dispensers in the shower provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Finally, your cozy bedroom. This room has both blinds and black out curtains for afternoon napping or sleeping in. A queen size bed with remote to adjust the head and feet for reading and comfort. A dresser and closet space with hangers. A bed side table with a lamp and usb port, sound machine, universal phone charger. There is a vanity available as well as a few personal items. Yoga mat and a kettlebell are tucked away in the closet. A queen size air mattress and bedding are available in the living area. The house has a full system water softener to make your showers more enjoyable.
