The space Casa Rosabella is situated in Italy, overlooking Lake Lugano near the cosmopolitan Swiss city of Lugano, which is just a 15 minute’s drive away. It is ideally suited for guests who wish to explore the attractions on both Lake Como and Lake Lugano, as Lake Como is a 30 minute panoramic drive away, and accessible by car or bus, though a car is recommended in the area. The vacation house is a newly-renovated home of 70 square meters (750 square feet) on two floors for up to 4 people, in a medieval town overlooking the lake. The upper floor is open plan, with a fully equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, a dining area seating 6, and living area with a sofa, armchair and flat screen SAT TV and Wifi. The sofa can also be converted to a very comfortable sofa bed for 2 people, if required. The ground floor consists of a spacious bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe, and a modern bathroom with shower and washing machine. The house is very sunny and boasts an incredible lake view. The garden area with a partial lake view has a table, chairs, lounge chairs and a charcoal bbq. Free parking is available at a short distance. Please note that there is an uphill walk from the lakeside to the house, and there are stairs to reach the house, making it not an ideal choice for people with mobility issues. Other things to note Please note the town tourist tax is applicable for adults and children over 10 years old at a rate of 1 euro per day, per person.
