There is a shared backyard. I prefer no dogs in the house, but if you have hunting dogs or service dogs, we can accommodate. The separate apartment Outback is on a separate listing and may have people occupying while you're occupying the house. To accommodate for larger parties, you can rent both listings and stay on one property. The entire property sleeps up to 10 people. Breakfast bar is included in your stay, coffee, juice, waffles, oatmeal, milk, snack bars. I don't cook the waffles but if you need assistance, I'll be around. I live on the property in my own mini apartment with my own yard and entrance, it's attached to the house but separate from your stay. you'll have the house to yourself. I do light cleaning during week day office hours in the common areas . Guest access Guests will have access to the main kitchen, The washer and dryer, living room, 4 refrigerators, 2 bathrooms, coffee, a patio and backyard. Please no pets, unless it's hunting dogs or service animals.. Each room has it's own TV, desk and fridge. Great Wifi. Free print station available. Fire pit with fire wood available. free Nachos. But I buy only one bag of chips. the cheese machine is plugged in daily. help yourself. you buy chips after the first bag. if cheese runs out, it's 30 bucks for a second bag During your stay I'll be here during the day to do light cleaning unless otherwise stated. I'll be here in the morning to get breakfast started unless otherwise stated. For breakfast, your menu includes but not limited to blueberry waffle/pancake mix or oatmeal* and cereals*, juice, milk. Always free coffee with Creamer* options, and flavors. Milk and orange juice available in the mornings, limited one gallon per week. Fridge available in the rooms as well as the patio. *food options change such as flavors and choices. please consume conservatively. not unlimited. if i buy a gallon of OJ/milk, don't drink the entire thing in one day and demand more. i purchase one gallon upon arrival. once gone, you'll have to buy more . Other things to note . My living quarters are separate with my own yard and entrance. Chances of seeing me are small. If you want the place without me coming in to clean during the day that can be arranged. Breakfast bar will be set up. **Free food is not unlimited. i buy a good amount for your stay. once out, you can buy more. for instance, yes you get free waffles, but if two ppl consume an entire box in two days, you'll have to buy your second box. one box should be enough for two ppl for a week.
