Gamboa was founded in the 1930s by Americans from the old Panama Canal area. Disconnect from your worries in this spacious and serene space. Enjoy walks in the Panama Canal and Gatun Lake. From our balcony you can enjoy your breakfast outdoors while you are watching boats or the Panama/Colon train. We are one of the few houses in the neighborhood with direct view from the patio, to the Panama Canal. And if you visit us in the months of April/ May, you can harvest avocados for your meals in our patio, in addition to bananas. We also have right next to the House the only staircase that takes you straight to the entrance of the neighborhood (main street) , so you can go down walking to shop to the Tienda or at Panamanian food restaurant. Guest access The house has two entrances. The main one where you park your car, and you get in the hall. And another back staircase that takes you to the front door by the kitchen. Self check-in via lockbox. Other things to note We recommend coming by car as it is necessary to get around the different attractions that Gamboa offers. Also buy in the city the food you need. The neighborhood store doesn't always have everything you could need.
