Description
Gamboa was founded in the 1930s by Americans from the old Panama Canal area. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Enjoy walks on the Panama Canal and Gatun Lake. Birdwatching and hiking trails surrounded by fauna and vegetation. The space Enjoy an environment surrounded by nature but with all the comforts of the city. From our balcony you can enjoy your breakfast outdoors while watching boats or the Panama/Colon train pass by. We are one of the few houses in the neighborhood with a direct view of the Panama Canal from the patio. And if you visit us in the months of April/May, you can harvest avocados for your meals in our patio, as well as bananas. We also have right next to the House the only staircase that takes you directly to the entrance of the neighborhood (main street), so you can walk down to shop at the Shop or Panamanian food restaurant. Guest access The house has two entrances. The main one where you park the car, and go up to the living room. And another back staircase that takes you to the kitchen entrance door. Self check-in via lockbox. Other things to note We recommend coming by car as it is necessary to get to the different attractions that Gamboa offers. Also, buy the food you need in the city. The neighborhood store doesn't always have everything you might need.
