On the upper floor you will find a comfortable sleeping space with a queen size bed. The outdoor, open bathroom in the green makes your tropical experience perfect. A completely private terrace with view into the green gives access to the open shower and open toilet, designed with minimalist yet modern tropical features. The location of the loft is unbeatable: it is only a 10 minute walk to the main beach and a 5 minute walk to the town beach. In addition, there is a path behind the property that takes you directly to the surf point, one of the best surfing spots, just a 5-minute walk away. Located at the back of the property, the loft offers a quiet environment, perfect for unwinding. Here, away from the hustle, you can even listen to the soothing sounds of the ocean while enjoying the calm and privacy that this space provides. Guest access The loft has the perfect location right between the bustling town center and the most beautiful beaches. It is located at the back of the Manifest Collective, a unique creative space with an elegant design. This place has a charming plaza, where you will find various dining options and stores, a craft boutique with a photo studio. Guests who book at the Manifest Collective can enjoy a 10% discount on food and beverages within this space by showing their reservation when ordering. The loft is close enough to enjoy local life, but also private enough for a quiet, undisturbed stay. Other things to note As Santa Catalina is a remote village, there are occasional power outages, especially during the rainy season. These outages rarely last more than a couple of hours. For long stays (more than a week): For maintenance reasons, we clean the house once a week. The day and time will be agreed with the guests according to their preferences.
