Colosseo Sweet Terrace is a delightful apartment within walking distance of the Colosseum with a wonderful terrace overlooking the sky of Rome. It is located on the third and fourth floors of a small, characteristic building WITHOUT AN ELEVATOR. It will be worth climbing a few stairs and then enjoying moments of relaxation on the enchanting terrace. Thanks to the strategic location, from our apartment it is very easy to reach all the main local attractions, first of all the Colosseum! You will experience the true heart of the city! The space Our apartment is on the third and fourth floor WITHOUT AN ELEVATOR in a characteristic Roman building from the 1600s. It will be worth climbing a few stairs to then be enveloped by the beauty and wonderful atmosphere of the terrace, unique in its kind and a real rarity for the buildings in the neighborhood. On the third floor, you immediately enter the bright bedroom, equipped with two bedside tables and a closet where you can store your belongings. The room has an internal bathroom consisting of a sink, toilet with a bidet shower and a comfortable shower. We left some bricks from the period visible above the bed to revive the atmosphere of the past a little. Going up the stairs, you will find the bright living room, characteristic for its original floor and for its large windows that give a special light to the whole environment. There is also a second bathroom, also equipped with a sink, toilet with a bidet shower and a large shower. The kitchenette is equipped with everything you need to prepare a great meal and why not, enjoy it on the wonderful terrace. From the living room, in fact, there is a spiral staircase that leads to the terrace where there are sofas to relax after a busy day in the city center and a comfortable table to eat at. There is also a small washing machine. In our apartment you will not find televisions, neither in the room nor in the living room, but you will have an excellent Wi-Fi connection. Outside there is so much to see and experience that once you get home you will only want to relax :) Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the apartment and terrace. Other things to note The house is on the third and fourth floor WITHOUT AN ELEVATOR, so it is necessary to climb the stairs, but the effort will be rewarded by the beautiful and exclusive terrace :) The terrace is accessed via a spiral staircase.
